3. Subscription Cancellations


If you have a subscription plan and wish to cancel it, you can do so at any time. To cancel your subscription:

  • Go to the "Account Settings" or "Billing" section.
  • Follow the instructions to cancel your subscription.


Please note that canceling your subscription will stop future billing cycles, but it will not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. If you are within the 10-day money-back guarantee period, you can request a refund as per the policy above.


4. Non-Refundable Items


The following items are non-refundable:

  • Payments made after the 30-day money-back guarantee period.
  • Charges related to additional services or custom work not included in the standard subscription plans.
